Hawk Builders was honored to create this new commercial construction project for an apartment complex in North West Phoenix. With a teardown and newly built new leasing office, clubhouse, BBQ area, pool area, dog park and common areas the stunning end result has satisfaction of place all over it. The modern clubhouse gives residents and guests alike a common area for indoor recreation or meetings. A combination of extremely well designed plans from MOD architecture and high quality materials and fixtures, we were able to create the perfect place the owners had envisioned.
