This newly built 500-square-foot guesthouse in north-central Phoenix doubles as an art studio. Hawk Builders is proud of this little wonder, as it captures a modern, playful design with exposed masonry walls, polished concrete floors, and a wall of windows overlooking an outdoor fountain waterfall feature. We used 6" masonry blocks for the walls and yet maximized the home's natural light - making the space airy and welcoming. A small kitchen and full bathroom round out the home's amenities.
