Hawk Builders was contracted for this commercial remodeling project with plans to convert the previous property of the Country Inn & Suites into a new senior housing — assisted living and memory care facility in Phoenix. We did a full gut and remodel of common spaces and rooms. We built major systems upgrades, infrastructure upgrades, added a commercial kitchen and laundries, fire rating upgrades, and major exterior improvements over 80,000 sqft, 120 rooms in a 3.5 Mil budget.
